All our pieces are cleansed with singing bowls and moonlight before shipping. However, we recommend setting a personal intention when you first wear it. Hold the piece in your palm, close your eyes, and visualize your goal (e.g., Attracting Love or Wealth). This aligns your frequency with the stones.
Generally, your Left Hand is the "receiving" hand (for internal healing and attracting energy), and your Right Hand is the "giving" hand (for protection and projecting energy outward). For example, wear Attract Love on the left, and Protection on the right.
Yes! Layering energies is a great way to manifest multiple intentions. We recommend choosing stones that complement each other, such as Wealth & Abundance paired with Confidence.

Absolutely. At WISHPALM, we use genuine semi-precious stones and crystals. Because they are natural, each bead is unique in its color and pattern—just like you.
While our high-quality materials are durable, we recommend removing your jewelry before swimming, showering, or using harsh chemicals to maintain the stones' natural luster and the integrity of the elastic/metal.
🚚 SHIPPING & RETURNS (物流与售后)
We process orders within 1-3 business days. Shipping usually takes 7-12 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is on its way.
We want you to love your WISHPALM piece. If you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for unworn items in their original packaging. Please contact our support team at support@wishpalm.com to start a return.
